Florey Research Assistants Network (FloRA) is an organisation affiliated with The Florey that provides research assistants, and research-related staff, a community of support and career development opportunities. FloRA is a platform for social networking and resource sharing, collectively elevating both the individual research assistant and the research community at The Florey. FloRA represents and connects a diverse demographic of research assistants and research-related staff, creating a unique identity with expansive knowledge.

Being led by current research assistants, FloRA provides a network for which research assistants and research-related staff members at The Florey can collaborate and knowledge-share. Throughout the year, FloRA hosts several events, social as well as workshops aim at professional and personal development.
