Biography
Dr Christina Mo is supported by the NHMRC CJ Martin Early Career Fellowship and an NHMRC Ideas Grant. She received a BSc Hons (Neuroscience) from the University of Western Australia and a PhD in Neuroscience from The Florey and the University of Melbourne.
During her postdoctorate she trained in cellular and neural circuit techniques at a renowned thalamocortical lab at the University of Chicago. At The Florey, Dr Mo is interested in the neural basis of thoughts and decisions and uses calcium imaging, optogenetics, trans-synaptic tracing and sophisticated behavioural tasks to understand the circuitry.
