Pain education for stroke

It’s been shown that education about the biology of pain (explaining pain) for people in other chronic pain populations has positive effects on pain and functional abilities.

We’re looking to develop a tailored education program for individuals with stroke who experience chronic pain, and trial this to determine if it provides additional benefit to existing therapy programs.
