Tom Stocky joined The Florey in 2024 as Head of People. As an established human resources senior executive, Tom previously spent 15 years working across a number of legal, risk and compliance roles in the public and private sector, and the past 10 years working in human resources roles specialising in employee relations, safety and people leadership.

Tom is a strong believer in innovative approaches and building the foundational infrastructure to enable employee engagement and systems of work, aligned to organisational missions and imperatives.

Tom brings a wealth of experience in industrial and people strategy, people leadership, stakeholder engagement, employee experience, systems management, local and international recruitment and workplace safety.
