Mr Graeme Billings

Mr Graeme Billings has been a chartered accountant since 1980. He retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2011 after 34 years where he was a senior partner in the Assurance practice. He is a former head of the Melbourne Assurance practice as well as leading the Firm’s Australian and Global Industrial Products businesses. Mr Billings has extensive experience in providing assurance, governance, risk management, transaction and other advisory services to national and global companies in the manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods and construction industries across Australia, US, UK, Europe and Asia. He has also gained deep insights into complex commercial issues in cross-border corporate structures. Mr Billings was also a regular media commentator on the Industrial Products sector.

As a result of transitioning to a portfolio of non-executive director roles, Mr Billings is currently the Chairman of GUD Holdings Ltd, Korvest Ltd and Austco Healthcare Ltd. He is also a non-executive director and Audit and Risk Committee Chair of Clover Corporation Ltd and DomaCom Ltd.

Mr Billings is also a former member of The Florey Foundation Council with responsibility for the Brains Trust program.
